Pricing and Taxes

Shipping Policy

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered by DHL or FedEx within 10–15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: For orders of $50 or more, shipped via EMS and delivered within 15–25 business days after shipment

Shipping Areas: We ship to most regions worldwide, except certain Asian countries and remote areas. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email.

4. Return and Refund Policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 15 days of receiving the product.

1. Contact us by email within 15 days of receiving the product
2. Wait for return approval and instructions (we will respond within 2 business days)
3. Package the item with all original packaging, tags, and materials, and include a copy of the return approval email
4. Ship the package back to our studio address

Refund Information

• Processing time: 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return
• Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Free replacement shipping for defective products

Special Return Conditions

• Automatic pool cleaners and filters: Must be unused and in original sealed packaging
• Christmas lights: Must be tested before return, remain in working condition, and include original packaging

Non-returnable items:

• Custom carnival games
• Opened costume accessories (for health and safety reasons)

• Final-sale items (clearly marked seasonal clearance products)
